“Laguna dei Fenici” is situated only 4 km away from the international airport of Trapani Birgi, 10 km from the city of Marsala and 65 km from the international airport of Palermo “Falcone e Borsellino”.
The villa is located within the Natural Reserve of the Stagnone, right on the sea-shore, opposite the island of Motya. From its large terrace it is possible to enjoy a 180° view of the lagoon and its islands, such as that one could experience from the deck of a ship in the middle of the sea.
The communal spaces have been designed with care and attention to detail: the solarium is equipped with sunbeds and a shower, while hammocks and a relaxation corner with sofas and chairs allow the guests to also enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean gardens surrounding the house .
